PERSONAL ASSISTANTHR World on behalf of our reputable client we are looking for Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the company's Business Heads.
RESPONSIBILITIES;

Manage the executive's schedule, including coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Ensure the executive is informed of their daily/weekly agenda.
Act as a primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external parties. Handle phone calls, emails, and other forms of correspondence.
Organize and maintain documents, records, and files.
Ensure that information is easily accessible and confidential materials are handled securely.
Prepare agendas, attend meetings, and take detailed minutes.
Plan and book travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation for the executive.
Manage expenses and reconcile travel-related financial matters.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure projects are executed smoothly.
Oversee office operations, including ordering supplies, managing office equipment, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.

QUALIFICATIONS;

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or any related field.
At least 4 years of working experience as an Personal Assistant
Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.
Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
