Diamond Trust Bank (DTB) - Now Hiring!Job PurposeTo grow the bank's customer base and business portfolio by acquiring new customers, mobilising deposits, promoting banking products, meeting monthly sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.Key ResponsibilitiesProspect, acquire, and onboard new customers, identifying potential market segments and business opportunities.Drive the growth of CASA accounts, term deposits, fee income, and other retail banking products.Cross-sell a range of banking products and services, including savings and current accounts, insurance, cards, mobile banking, internet banking, and alternative banking channels.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.Conduct regular customer visits, sales calls, and follow-ups to convert prospects into active customers.Prepare daily sales, customer-call, and business-development reports.Support branch sales campaigns, promotional activities, and market-development initiatives.Monitor customer needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions.Ensure compliance with established policies, procedures, and business continuity requirements.Perform any other duties assigned by the Branch Manager or line manager.RequirementsA university degree in Banking and Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized higher learning institution.Work Experience: Fresh graduate or a candidate with at least one year of relevant direct sales, customer service, or relationship-management experience.Personal AttributesStrong sales, customer-service, and relationship-building skills.Excellent verbal, written, and reporting skills.Target-driven, proactive, and able to perform under pressure.Ability to build professional networks and engage customers confidently.Strong decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Able to manage detailed and time-sensitive assignments.Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.Willing to conduct regular customer visits and outdoor sales activities.How to ApplyPlease send your application letter, CV, and copies of certified academic certificates to:Email: recruitment2026@diamondtrust.co.tzDeadline: August 24, 2026We look forward to receiving your application!Visit us at www.diamondtrust.co.tz
