Location: Head Office, Tanzania
Education
Bachelor’s degree in security management, law, or related field
Experience
Three years experience in physical security matters in a bank or financial institution, or in a security company, or in a law enforcement agency is desirable
Job Responsibilities
Good communication skills both written and oral
Good knowledge on physical security matters
Good computer literacy
Good leadership skills
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle
High degree of honesty, integrity and ethical standards
Ensuring Physical Security Risks are properly identified, evaluated, recorded and mitigating action plans are monitored, and escalation of significant issues that occurs in line with agreed escalation procedures
