Kiln Superintendent
Specific Knowledge
Cement Production
Main Duties
Physical checking of allocated area of plant and reporting of problems
Cleaning of allocated area and clearing of blockages
Collect samples as required.
Refractory jobs during kiln shutdown
Brick lining in the kiln and cyclones
Take part in any job related to production activities.
Ultimate responsible for safe working practices especially area of responsibility
Compliance on all country and company safety, health, and environment requirements.
Compliance to Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and all policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Any other duties as may be assigned.
Minimum Requirements (Qualifications)
Minimum of secondary school education with a trade test certificate
Basic knowledge in cement production
Good communication skills with basic written and spoken English
Basic understanding of maintenance requirements
Good knowledge of safety procedures
