The Embassy of Japan in Tanzania has a vacancy for a Political, Cultural and Public Relations clerk.
1. Position title
Political, Cultural and Public Relations clerk (There is only one post available.)
2. Period of performance
One year (renewable. Subject to a three-month probationary period.)
Full time (40 hours /week)
3. Working hours
7:30 to 16:30 (Lunch break: 12:30 to 13:30) *.*Overtime (including evenings, weekends and/or public holidays) and emergency duty may be required from time to time. In this case, overtime pay will be paid.
4. Place of performance
Embassy of Japan in Tanzania (Plot No. 1018, Ali Hassan Mwinyi Rd, Dar es Salaam).
5. Eligible applicants/Qualification
Applicants must have legitimate Tanzanian nationality.
The minimum educational qualification is a bachelor’s degree (a social science degree or master’s degree is desirable).
6. Salary
Salary varies according to skills and experience and will be communicated to the successful candidate when the Embassy decides to recruit.
7. Annual leave and public holidays
These shall be granted in accordance with internal regulations as well as Tanzanian local legislation.
