Process Setting Technicians
HR World Limited, on behalf of our client, is seeking Process Setting Technicians responsible for setting up, adjusting, and optimizing processes for PET blow molding and injection molding machinery.
Responsibilities:
Set up and adjust machinery for PET injection molding and blow molding processes
Optimize production parameters to ensure product quality and consistency
Monitor processes and make real-time adjustments to machinery settings as needed
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to enhance manufacturing processes
Conduct trials and testing to verify process improvements and product specifications
Maintain accurate documentation of process parameters, machine settings, and production outcomes
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Process Setting Technician or similar role in the plastics industry
Strong technical knowledge of PET and injection molding processes
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Relevant technical certifications or vocational training in plastics technology or engineering is an advantage
