This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient and compliant procurement of goods and services, as well as overseeing the smooth operation of our office facilities.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESCoordinate procurement of goods and services in line with Bank policies and regulations.Manage suppliers, contracts, and procurement records.Oversee office facilities, maintenance, utilities, security, and cleaning.Monitor inventory, procurement costs, and facilities expenditure.Ensure efficient facilities management and compliance with internal controls.QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCEBachelor's Degree in Procurement and Supplies Management, Materials Management, Logistics, Facilities Management, or a related field.At least 3 years of relevant experience in procurement, supplies, or facilities management.Relevant professional certification is an added advantage.Strong negotiation, organizational, and analytical skills.Note: Women and persons with disabilities are encouraged to apply.
