Position: Procurement Officer
Key Responsibilities
Source suppliers, compare quotations and negotiate value-for-money prices.
Procure printing materials, branding materials and promotional products.
Process purchase requests, follow up orders and ensure timely deliveries.
Maintain supplier records and complete procurement documentation.
Coordinate stock planning and assess supplier quality and reliability.
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field.
Strong sourcing, negotiation, communication and analytical skills.
Proactive, organized and detail-oriented, with integrity and the ability to meet deadlines.
Experience in printing, branding, manufacturing or fast-moving production is an advantage.
