DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:i. Manage all procurement and disposal by tender activities ii. Support and implement decision of the Tender Boardiii. Plan the procurement disposal by tender activitiesiv. Recommend procurement and disposal by tender procedures v. Check and prepare statements of requirementsvi. Prepare tendering contracts and documentsvii. Prepare monthly and other reports as may be required viii. Performing any other duties as may be assigned by Management QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:i. Degree or Advanced Diploma in Procurement and Supply fromrecognized institution ii. Knowledge and clear understanding of Public Procurement Act,2011 and Regulations, 2013. iii.  Minimum two years of experience in Procurement ManagementREMUNERATION: Salary Scale PTF SCALE
