Procurement & Supply Officer
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and well-organized Procurement & Supply Officer to manage purchasing and inventory. The ideal candidate will handle supplier negotiations, ensure timely delivery of goods, and maintain proper procurement records.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement and Supply or related field
Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Ability to manage inventory and supplier relationships
Computer literacy (MS Office, procurement systems)
Duties and Responsibilities
Assisting preparation of procument plan,budget and control resources of the procuring process.
Preparing monthly procument report and submission to the management
Payment processings for suppliers,attachment of invoice with the LPO ,request and GRN with inspection report
Inventory control and management, stock taking,inspection issuing and stock recording.
Alliance with other departments in usage of e-procument system
