RODUCTION AND PROCESS SPECIALISTINDUSTRY- AGRIBUSINESSLOCATION – TABORAHR World Ltd on behalf of our client we are looking for a Production and Process Specialist who will work on the assembly line, where they can monitor production and ensure the goods are fit for purpose. Who can also work on other tasks, such as identifying and fixing problems in the manufacturing process.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement product process improvement initiatives to optimize production efficiency and reduce costs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and quality control, to streamline processes and ensure product quality
Analyze and evaluate existing processes to identify areas for improvement and implement changes accordingly
Create and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures and work instructions
Provide training and support to production personnel to ensure consistent adherence to established processes
Monitor and measure process performance using data analysis and statistical methods to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload to meet project timelines and goals
Stay current with industry advancements and best practices in product process development and apply knowledge to improve existing processes
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Product/Process Management in Agriculture.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Understanding of product life cycle management and continuous improvement principle
