PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR-HDPE PIPESINDUSTRY: MANUFACTURINGLOCATION: PWANIHR World on behalf of our reputable client we’re looking for a HDPE Pipes Production Supervisor, who will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and high-quality production of HDPE pipes.
RESPONSIBILITIES;
Supervises staff to produce manufactured products, and organizes and monitors workflow.
Accomplishes manufacturing results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; and initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
Monitoring and upgrading processes, setting processing variables, observing control points and equipment and resources.
Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing production standards.
Ensures operation of equipment by calling for repairs and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
Provides manufacturing information by compiling, initiating, sorting, and analyzing production performance records and data.
Researches and negotiates with vendors and suppliers to improve efficiency of processes and reduce unnecessary costs.
Maintains safe and clean work environment
REQUIREMENT;
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within an HDPE pipe production or similar environment.
Familiarity with HDPE pipe manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality control procedures.
