Program Coordinator
HR World Limited, on behalf of our client, is seeking a Program Coordinator to oversee general management and provide support in quality assurance, monitoring, and evaluation for effective program delivery.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate day-to-day program activities for efficient operations.
Coordinate implementation and reviews of strategic plans, business plans, operational plans, management plans, and work plans with Project Managers and Ranch Managers.
Coordinate the development of annual department budgets and assist in managing/monitoring their utilization.
Support training initiatives, including integrating enterprise development training into field activities, developing and periodically reviewing training materials for operations teams, and coordinating corporate training activities.
Manage relationships with various partners and donors as assigned.
Monitor compliance with established operating procedures and quality standards in all program/project implementation aspects by branches and field offices.
Support the recruitment and selection processes for program staff.
Build capacity, mentor, and support team members to be performance-driven, fostering a talent pipeline within the organization.
Act as a liaison between the M&E team to maintain an effective and robust monitoring and evaluation system.
Qualifications:
Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Project Management, or a related field.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar industry.
Solid experience in program management.
