HR World Limited on behalf of our client we are looking for a Program Manager to Organize programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the association.
RESPONSIBILITIES;
Developing new programs to support the strategic direction of the association.
Developing a budget and operating plan for the program
Do advocacy work with government agencies
Network with NGOs/Associations in the education sector
Coordinate programmes and activities
Supervise zonal coordinators.
Developing an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.
Writing program funding proposals to guarantee uninterrupted delivery of services.
Managing a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities.
Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.
REQUIREMENTS;
Bachelor's degree or master's degree in business administration or relevant field
Proven experience as program manager or relevant position
Knowledge of program management and development procedures
Knowledge of budgeting, bookkeeping and reporting
