PROJECT AND CHANGES MANAGERINDUSTRY: BANKINGHR World on behalf of our reputable client we’re looking for a Project and Changes Manager responsible to plan and execute projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
RESPONSIBILITIES;

Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
Act as a bridge between specific business units and IT, maximizing the value provided by systems to that particular business unit
Work with business to lead and identify ways in which IT services can benefit the business and define detailed requirement in terms of functionality and performance.
Effectively communicate project expectations to project team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis and maintain understanding of business processes and their IT needs.
Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.
Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle.
Determine and assess need for additional staff and/or consultants and make the appropriate recruitments if necessary during project cycle.

REQUIREMENT;

Bachelor's Degree in Business or ICT related Discipline; an MBA\PMP is an added advantage.
Minimum of 5 years Project Management experience on Financial Services or ICT solution provider
Knowledge of business modelling conventions and/or a mainstream software development framework (e.g. AGILE, CMMI) are an advantage.
