MARKETING MANAGERINDUSTRY: MANUFACTURINGOn behalf of our reputable client HR World Ltd is looking for a Marketing Manager who will be responsible to formulate and implement marketing strategies and concepts which deliver sustainable volume and profit growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES;

Develop and implement a marketing strategy to support overall business goals.
Execute short-and long-term marketing strategies to support the Route-To-Consumer (RTC) strategies.
Develop and execute a cost-effective marketing budget with a positive ROI
Manage marketing agencies and service providers (internal and external) to ensure timely delivery and excellence in execution.
Design and implement planograms across the categories and channels for maximum visibility and offtake.
Assist the commercial team to negotiate and close branding agreements with large customers.
Drive (New) Product Development to ensure a healthy and sustainable product lifecycle.
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual status reports
Lead continual improvement initiatives within the company and among agencies and suppliers.
Stay up-to-date with market insights and intelligence - new product launches, activations

QUALIFICATIONS;

Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent (a non-Business Degree may also be considered depending on experience and other professional qualifications)
A very good understanding of marketing principles
An MBA is an added advantage
At least 5 years senior-level Marketing experience
Experience managing multiple brands is desirable
