Role Purpose
The purpose of this role is to work within the projects.
Plan, monitor, control and coordinate all activities associated with projects from start to the end taking in priority of quality and customer service aspects without jeopardizing Healthy and Safety at workplace.
The position requires management of each project scope accurately as indicated in the design.
Management of Subcontractors, materials, equipment, and cost of the particular site in general.
Academic qualifications
Essential
BSc in Construction Management/Engineering or Equivalent
Registered with AQRB or CRB
Work experience & skills
Essential
3-5 years of experience in construction projects.
Experience in fit-out works will be added advantage
