Project Manager - Construction Industry
HR World Limited, on behalf of our client, is seeking to recruit a Project Manager. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising construction and aluminium projects to ensure timely completion, quality standards, and efficient resource utilization.

Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction and aluminium installation projects from initiation to completion.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to required quality standards.
Supervise project teams including technicians, installers, and subcontractors.
Review project drawings, specifications, and schedules to ensure proper execution.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and contractors throughout project implementation.
Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for management.
Ensure proper allocation and utilization of project resources including materials, equipment, and manpower.
Identify project risks and implement corrective actions where necessary.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company operational procedures at all project sites.
Monitor procurement and delivery of aluminium, glass, and construction materials required for projects.
Resolve technical and operational challenges during project execution.


Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in construction, aluminium, or related project management roles.
Strong knowledge of construction processes and aluminium installation works.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good project planning, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
