Project Manager – Catering and Facility Management

HR World on behalf of our client, we are looking for a Project Manager who will oversee and manage catering and facility management projects from planning to execution. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality service delivery, cost efficiency, and compliance with company standards while supervising teams across multiple locations and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage catering and facility management projects across multiple sites.
Ensure high-quality service delivery while maintaining cost efficiency and adherence to company standards.
Supervise teams across various locations and ensure performance targets are consistently met.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal departments to ensure seamless operations.
Conduct risk assessments and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Drive continuous improvement and uphold company values in service delivery.
Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and present updates to senior management.
Foster a culture of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction across all operations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ managerial experience in project management or operational leadership roles.
Prior experience in the Catering or Hospitality industry is a strong advantage.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
