HR world limited on behalf of a client is looking for a Pub Stock Controller to manage inventory and purchase merchandise based on the pub’s need
Responsibilities
Establish an inventory management system
Forecast supply and demand to prevent overstocking and running out of stock
Track shipments and address any delays
Oversee the storage of products, particularly fragile items
Keep updated inventory records
Designing distribution of drinks and other items
Compile reports inventory and supply balances
Qualifications
Certificate/Diploma in Procurement and Supply Chain Management or related field
At least 3 years experience in a similar position or related position
Experience from restaurants, hotels, and bars is an added advantage
