JOB PURPOSEDetermining and Monitoring of agreed quality procedures, standards, and processes in MFS business while driving the MFS strategic planning objectives by focusing on enhancing customer experience and business productivity.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate with MFS functions to consolidate key MFS related plans and roadmaps aligning to overall MFS strategy.
Validate all changes/modifications on interfaces or processes that affect customer experience to ensure seamless experience is maintained at all times
Spearhead the MFS Consumer Understanding (CU) surveys/studies along side with main MIC Marketing on specific topics that are set to drive specific product adoption or awareness
Review manual processes and recommend feasible enhancements to achieve automation and simplicity to bring about efficient and effective value addition
Compute and propose value addition in terms of saving and/or revenue attraction for all initiatives designed to improve quality of service or internal processes
Ensure adaptation of the Code of Conduct on MFS Business across all MFS functions as means to ensure meeting the business objectives in risk-free approach
Own the reporting of the MFS KPIs such as: e-money creation, pending transactions, reversal, wallets management, interest management, trust funds management …etc.
Overlook the MFS operations unit and define the set procedures governing it
KPIs of this target is driven from reaching a world-class customer experience (as defined by the management) alongside to reaching the best in class controls as defined by Millicom Group and the GSMA Code of Conduct
Act as a point of intersection between the commercial team, operations, and finance
Act as a single point of contact with external and internal auditors
Single point of contact with the platform provider
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
10+ years of experience in MFS, Financial Services, Finance and Product Management
Proven track of success in working with MFS Products
Full understanding of the MFS importance / dynamics in the Tanzanian Market
Capable of managing complicated legal agreements
MBA, CFA, CMA is a plus
