Responsibility:


Assess and rate inbound and outbound calls according to company quality standards.
Communicate results to agents and supervisors on a daily basis, and provide feedback.
Consolidate agent scores and draft monthly team report.
Provide consolidated feedback to managers and supervisors on a monthly basis.
To train and couch agents when necessary
Be able to communicate with agents and supervisors from the Cartrack Tanzania Office.

 

 
Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/Computer Science or any other related degree
Experience of 1-3 years in similar job
Analytical Skills
Coaching Skills
Listening Skills
Experience in Customer Service preferred
Attention to Detail
