QUALITY CONTROL MANAGERINDUSTRY–MANUFACTURING (BEVERAGE);HR World on behalf of our reputable client we are looking for Quality Control Manager who will be responsible for quality assurance activities and ensure quality standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES;
Ensure quality control activities are performed in a safe way
Schedule and co-ordinate all aspect of quality operations, such as test plans, reports and quality criteria to ensure that quality standards are met.
Implement all necessary policies and procedures to ensure that quality equipment is effectively maintained to ensure maximum quality standards.
Develop and implement short- and long-term plans to ensure that the factory has the necessary quality resources to meet business quality objectives.
Report any fault device and equipment on time to avoid extension of down time
Supervise the quality team to make proper products inspection and classification
Make sure we are complying with TBS standards
Ensure incoming materials and customer complaints inspection done and report documented timely physically and in SAP
Conduct materials quality survey in storage location physically and in SAP
Ensure weight variance verification done physical and in SAP
QUALIFICATIONS;
Bachelor Degree in Food Science / Laboratory Sience with 6 years of experience in beverage industry
Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and work effectively across teams internally and externally
