QUANTITY SURVEYOR/ CIVIL ENGINEERINDUSTRY- CONSTRUCTIONHR World Ltd on behalf of our client in Construction industry, we are looking for a Civil Engineer or Quantity Surveyor who will provide technical advice and creative solutions for construction challenges.
RESPONSIBILITIES;
Assessing potential risks, materials, and costs involved in a project.
Providing technical advice and creative solutions for construction challenges.
Overseeing projects from start to finish ensuring high standards of construction and safety are maintained.
Leading and directing the construction team and supervising on-site progress.
Engaging in feasibility studies and writing bid proposals and environmental impact statements.
Ensuring project compliance with legal guidelines, environmental directives, and health and safety requirements.
Coordinating with contractors, architects, and other project stakeholders.
Conducting feasibility studies to estimate materials, time and labor costs.
Preparing, negotiating, and analyzing costs for tenders and contracts.
Coordination of work effort.
Advising on a range of legal and contractual issues.
Valuing completed work and arranging for payments.
QUALIFICATIONS;
Bachelors’ Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or any related field
Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in a similar role
Must be a safety qualified officer
Osha certification is mandatory
