Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive Quantity Surveyor to oversee cost and quantity control for our construction projects. The role involves verifying contractor works weekly, preparing and updating project schedules, checking quantities for procurement, preparing BOQs, and developing overall project cost plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Verify and certify weekly contractor work progress and quantities.
Prepare and update project schedules and progress reports.
Verify material quantities for procurement.
Prepare BOQs and project cost estimates.
Monitor and control overall project costs and budgets.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in construction projects.
Strong skills in MS Excel and project scheduling software (MS Project/Primavera).
Excellent analytical and reporting abilities.
