Key Responsibilities
Answering, screening and transferring incoming calls to relevant personnel.
Managing office calendar and setting up appointments.
Welcoming visitors to the office and listening to their queries.
Maintaining the reception area and ensuring that its clean and organized all the time.
Maintains security by following procedures and monitoring logbook for incoming victors.
Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers.
Create and manage both digital and hard copy filing systems of documents.
Provide excellent customer service.
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning.
Work Experience and Skills
2+ years’ experience as a receptionist
Experience working in IT companies will be an added advantage
Good communication and Organizing Skills
proficiency in Microsoft office package
