Reginal Manager - Arusha
Wananch Group is one of East Africa's leading broadband Internet services providers. We are looking for a Regional Manager based in Arusha for our entities both B2B & B2C (SimbaNET & Zuku)
Responsibilities
Implementing the organization's strategy for B2B & B2C sales, developing forecast and Organization strategies to achieve sales and ensure profitability, and abreast of industry trends, markets, and competitors' activities
Leading the team in business development and in meetings with key business stakeholders that able to be motivated and ensure a highly effective team of Sales and Customer service work-force.
Overall in charge of Operations at Arusha including b2B & B2C (Support, New sales, up-selling, Commercials, Client Relationship, Customer service, Technical)
will report to the Country Manger & MD B2B, B2C and CE Director
Requirements
Degree/ Masters in Business Administration /COrporate Management / COmmunication or other fields.
10+ years working experience in senior sales, customer service position nin communication i industry with proven track record for the successful business developments
