REGIONAL COMMERCIAL MANAGERINDUSTRY: AGRIBUSINESSLOCATION: EASTERN AND NORTHERN ZONEHR World ltd on behalf our client we are looking for a Regional Commercial Manager who will transform the Cluster Marketing Area into a customer-facing business through the implementation of Brand, trade, and marketing programs to its customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES;

Development of a commercial cluster unit strategy
Manage commercial cost centers within 80% of budget
Manage teams to deliver volume and margin targets
Negotiate with existing and potential Distributors on service, price, volume, and delivery targets.
Implement Service Level Agreements with Distributors that will ensure growth in accordance with policies and procedures of the company
Provide pricing support to Distributors
Provide recommendation and guidelines on the final retail price to the end user/farmer
Formulate and recommend special rebates and pricing models to support proposed business opportunities
Recommend and implement remedial action in territories that stimulate sales growth and market demand
Drive on-the-job training for Sales Teams
Management of the Regional/Cluster Sales budget

QUALIFICATIONS;

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, or any related field.
Atleast 7years of working experience with experience in sustainable customer relationship management.
Trade development and Channel Execution Management
Consumer /Farmer orientation and focused communication targeting smallholder farming communities.
