Tanzania Posts Corporation (TPC) is a national designated Public Postal operator established by Act of Parliament No. 19 of 1993 and became operational on 1st January 1994. The Corporation is wholly owned by the Government of Tanzania and is dedicated to improving people’s lives. Currently, the Corporation is inviting qualified team players to join the Corporation’s major transformation initiatives and all the following vacancies;
POSITION TITLE: Regional Managers – 5 Vacancies
Vacancies: (Mwanza, Kagera, Lindi, Rukwa)
ENTRY QUALIFICATIONS:A holder of Bachelor degree or/Advance Diploma in Business administration, commerce, Economics,Accounts and finance/ public administration or equivalent qualifications from a recognizedhigher learning institution with a computer knowledge.
OBJECTIVES:
i. To ensure that Postal Services are Developed, operated and maintained according topolicy objectives and mission of the Corporation of providing e cient, reliable, secure andaffordable services that meet the needs and expectations of the customers in the region.ii. To ensure that Postal services are operated on commercial principles and meet performance standards and targets as provided in the performance contract between theGovernment and the Corporation.iii. To ensure that agency services are well operated commercially and to meet theprinciple and customer expectation and benefit the Organization terms of revenue.iv. To make sure that they meet allocated target as per Corporation Business Plan.
Must have eight ( 8) years and above at a supervisory level in business operations.
Remuneration:
The above post carries competitive remuneration as per Tanzania Posts Corporation salarystructure and incentive package.
