Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is suited for a professional with a strong background in relationship management and business development, who is passionate about customer satisfaction and growth in the financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute client acquisition and retention strategies.
Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Identify new business opportunities to grow the mortgage portfolio.
Meet with clients regularly to assess their needs and offer customized financial solutions.
Work closely with internal departments to deliver seamless service.
Prepare regular reports on client activities, sales performance, and market insights.
Ensure adherence to company policies, AML, and KYC regulations.
Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively.
Participate in marketing campaigns and events to boost brand visibility.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or Advanced Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in relationship management within the financial industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with persuasive negotiation ability.
Demonstrated success in sales and client portfolio growth.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Detail-oriented and a strong team player.
