Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow corporate client relationships.
Acquire new clients and expand lending and deposit portfolios.
Cross-sell banking products and services.
Achieve loan, deposit, NII, and fee income targets.
Monitor portfolio performance and credit quality.
Support credit application and documentation processes.
Ensure AML/KYC and regulatory compliance.
Conduct client visits and collateral inspections.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant business field.
MBA (Finance/Marketing).
Minimum 3 years experience at the same role.
Strong financial analysis, communication, and relationship management skills.
Knowledge of banking regulations, compliance, and risk management.
