RELATIONSHIP MANAGER-INDIAN DESKINDUSTRY: BANKINGHR World Limited on behalf of our client we are looking for a Relationship Manager for the Indian Desk who will manage and grow a portfolio of clients of Indian origin or those with significant business interests in India.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients within the Indian community and businesses with interests in India.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high customer service and satisfaction
Provide clients with comprehensive banking services including loans, deposits, trade finance, foreign exchange, and investment products
Customize financial solutions to meet the specific needs and goals of clients.
Collaborate with other departments to cross-sell a wide range of bank products and services
Leverage internal resources to provide integrated financial solutions
Conduct thorough due diligence and credit assessments to ensure sound risk management practices
Monitor the financial performance of clients and take proactive measures to mitigate risks
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field: MBA or relevant professional certification is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in relationship management, corporate banking, or a similar role.
Proven track record in managing a portfolio of high-net-worth clients or corporate clients, particularly within the Indian market.
Deep understanding of the Indian market, culture, and language.
