RELATIONSHIP MANAGER - INSURANCE (MEDICAL)HR World Ltd on behalf of our client we are looking we are looking for an experienced relationship manager accountable for retention of business and maintaining a good relationship with clients and intermediaries ensuring excellent customer experience journey
Responsibilities
Ensure 90% Retention of the existing portfolio inclusive of organic growth
Improve customer relations with more interaction and communication with clients (touch points)
Timely issuance of Monthly and quarterly reports to communicate correctly and effectively on performance of schemes
Monitoring service and document delivery by other teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness Logging of all issues on CRM and closure of assigned issues within set TAT's
Credit notes and reconciliation 7. Monthly internal reporting on new sales/retention/customer touch points/internal & external meetings and issues raised
Ensure KYC and all documentation/membership lists/premium breakdown is provided
Ensure debit and credit notes are issued to the client/intermediary within the stipulated TATs
Ensure policy documents, contracts and TPA contracts are prepared and set within agreed TATs
Ensure Appropriate premium loadings on policies with high claims ratio
Obtain timely and accurate market intelligence on new and renewal business
Requirements
Graduate in business related degree
Professional insurance certificate/s
Atleast 3 years experience in similar position
