We are seeking a Restaurant Manager with a background of managing Zanzibari/Indian/Asian Food Menu. The ideal candidate must be a Tanzanian national comfortable working n an Indian and Zanzbiri style restaurant setting, preferably speaking Hindi. We offer a basic salary and performance-based incentives.
Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day activities and assist in the food and beverage outlets
Create innovative menus and promotions that drive revenue and foot traffic
Aid in all financial budgeting operations to maximize profitability
In charge of procurement and inventory
Responsible for overall restaurant customer service
Qualifications
At least 1-2 years' experience in a Restaurant
Proven record of managing Indian/Zanzibari Menus
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
Must be of Zanzibari/Hindi Origins
Must be a Tanzanian Citizen
