A minimum of 4 years' experience in the role
Master's degree is an added advantage
Customer service / relationship management experience
Experience with branch sales strategy and improving customer satisfaction and customer retention
Credit experience
Experience with growth and maintenance of the current business banking portfolio.
Experience with increasing business propositions that include deposits, assets to individual customers small and
medium enterprises
Knowledge of banking operations
