HR WORLD LTD on behalf of our reputable client in the Manufacturing industry, we are looking for a Retail Sales Manager who will be responsible for ensuring that sales targets are met and customers are satisfied with their service.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for engagement, retention, recruitment, coaching, and development of current and new sales personnel.
Selling and implementation of strategies and programs at retail.
Plan budgets for each retail program and spend within agreed-upon targets and parameters.
Ensuring all business premises are maintained to the highest standards.
Drive sales and service levels across the retail division.
Maintain knowledge of new products and research, primarily computer systems.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, or any related field.
5+ years of experience in a similar role.
Excellent customer service skills.
Experience in Insurance, Banking, or Telecommunication industry is an added advantage.
