RETAIL SALES OFFICERINDUSTRY: MANUFACTURINGLOCATION: TUNDUMAHR World Limited on behalf of our client we are looking for a Retail Sales Officer who will manage depot operations, handle service walk in, online and telephone enquiries and convert them to orders.
RESPONSIBILITIES;
Achieve monthly sales targets with focus on Solution business
To handle walk-in customer enquiries and follow-up on leads received via other channels
Manage installers within region – Engage and recruit
Help customers make selection by possessing excellent product knowledge and actively promoting solution selling
To prepare proforma invoices, key in confirmed orders and invoice
Confirm customer payments with FI team
Ensure report is reconciled before close of business and sent to DSM
Receive customer complaints and resolve as per SOP
In-charge of all inventories at the depot – replenish stock of standard material as per stocking matrix
Petty cash management
Manpower supervision of outsourced staff
Ensure compliance to Service Centre SOP
QUALIFICATIONS;
Undergraduate Degree in Business Management
Min 3 years’ experience
Good negotiation skills and decision making
Excellent customer service
Good communication and listening skills
Ability to work long hours as and when required
