Key Responsibilities

Register members
Fill members’ information in ledger cards and passbooks
Receive office visitors and direct them to the appropriate place for the services they need
Open and close office
Issue payment receipts to members
Guide and assist customers and other visitors regarding the services they need
Assist in posting financial transactions into the system
Support in reconciliation of receipts and account balances
Provide excellent customer service to SACCOS customers
Ensure proper filing and document management
Perform other duties as directed by the accountant


Requirements

Diploma or Certificate in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration & Finance, or related field
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Computer literacy, especially in MS Excel and accounting software
Strong attention to detail and high level of integrity
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Age between 20 to 35
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
