SALES AGRONOMISTLOCATION: SONGWE, MBEYA AND RUKWAHR World Limited on behalf of our reputable client, we are looking for a Sales Agronomist who will be responsible for selling and providing customer support and knowledge of their agronomic products.
RESPONSIBILITIES;

Initiate sales contacts, understand customer needs, and present applicable products and services.
Develop and deliver effective sales presentations, focusing on the benefit of early orders.
Increase customer base year over year.
Grow the volume of sales with existing customers.
Provide outstanding customer service to growers.
Develop subject matter expertise on assigned products and services.
Report on sales to plan and current pipeline.
Proactively share information and best practices across the Agronomy team and other functions.
Actively engage in cross-selling opportunities.
Control and Collect orders from existing and prospective customers through a relation-based approach.
Develop and implement regional agronomic marketing plans to support organization plans and budget.
Responsible for marketing specific products and agronomic services to clients such as fertilizer, chemicals and/or seed

QUALIFICATIONS;

Degree in Agronomy, Horticulture, or any other related field.
At least 3 years of proven experience in Agricultural Sales and Marketing.
Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
Excellent negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills.
Must be willing to adopt an extensive travel schedule
