SALES AND MARKETING ASSISTANT MANAGERINDUSTRY: FMCGHR World Limited on behalf of our client we are seeking for an ambitious and highly-skilled Sales and Marketing Assistant with a track record of exceptional, transformative sales practices. Who will be responsible for selling products in Retail and channels as well as optimize our company's market shares.
RESPONSIBILITIES;

Identifying new Sales and Marketing channels as well as finding the best solutions to promote the business.
Conceptualizing strategies to market products, generate sales conversions and deliver a superior customer experience.
Keeping track of targeted as well as actual sales to determine the extent of marketing support required.
Sourcing and sharing information about competitor products for market research.
Participating in the go-to-market processes for new products.
Maintain customer relations by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new sales and marketing opportunities.
Implementing new sales plans and advertising across Retail and outlets.
Coordinate marketing activities i.e., in store activation, in store branding, in store, promotions, seeding drives, trade exhibitions and conferences among other marketing activities organized by the company.
Guide in recruiting, training and managing brand ambassadors to meet Sales and Marketing objectives.
Writing and submitting weekly/monthly reports on the performance of planned and executed marketing and sales activities

QUALIFICATIONS;

Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field.
Proven 5 years work experience as a Sales and Marketing Executive or a similar position.
Understanding and knowledge of Sales and Marketing.
Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
The ability to work under pressure.
