SALES AND MARKETING MANAGERINDUSTRY: AGRIBUSINESSLOCATION: ARUSHAHR World Limited on behalf of our client we are looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager who will be responsible for managing and ensuring achievement of vegetables profitable sales according to budgeted volumes.
RESPONSIBILITIES;
Directs and coordinates vegetables sales and marketing functions
Develops and coordinates sales selling cycle and methodology Plans and implements timely sales and marketing activities in order to meet company targets for retention growth and profitability Plan and implement marketing strategy
Advise farmers on policies and operating procedures to ensure functional effectiveness of a selling business
Researches and develops strategies and plans which identify marketing opportunities, direct marketing, and new projects to win in the market
Seeks and continuously develops knowledge and information about competitor activity, pricing and tactics, and communicates this to relevant departments in the Company Plans, forecasts, reports on sales, costs and business performance, according to company requirements
Draws up departmental budgets, monitors and controls expenditure
Execute and carry out assigned related duties while adhering to the standards Occupational Health Safety and Environment OHSE rules and regulations as defined in the OHSE statutes.
QUALIFICATIONS;
Bachelor’s Degree in Horticulture/Agriculture or related relevant field
Minimum 6 years of working experience
Strong time management skills and excellent attention to detail.
Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.
