Job title: Sales and Marketing Officer (1 position)
Location: Dar es Salaam
Purpose of the position
Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. Also to actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
Qualification and Experience
Bachelor degree in Marketing /Sales , Business Administration or related field of the study
3 -5years of progressive Sales experience Within security Industry
Field sales experience particularly selling guarding and Alarm services
Good knowledge of security services Pricing
Not more than 45 years of age
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent proposal and report writing
Good negotiation skills and Strategic prospecting.
Computer literacy. (proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook etc)
High knowledge of IT will be an added advantage

Producing effective and persuasive marketing materials including emails, proposals and bids , marketing contents, website pages, brochures, marketing videos etc
Researching and developing insights on customer needs and proposing new product and service design to meet customer demands.
Develop relationships at a variety of levels within prospect customer organization to create active sales pipeline
To present and articulate the technical aspects of a solution to a client as required
Formulate sales policy, practices, and procedures, come up with business plans, purpose design, and implement marketing procedure that will expand the company’s customer base.
