Job Description: We are looking for two dynamic and experienced Sales and Marketing Officers to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Execution:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
Identify and target potential clients, generating new business opportunities.
Marketing Strategy and Execution:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns, both online and offline.
Manage digital marketing activities, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and PPC advertising.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
Reporting and Analysis:
Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and marketing campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in logistics, clearing, and forwarding.
