JEMA AFRICA LTDWE ARE HIRING!We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Sales and Marketing Officer (Automotive Business).
JOB LOCATION: DAR ES SALAAM
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase vehicle sales and brand visibility.
Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the customer base.
Provide support in Managing digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and website updates.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive activity.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
Organize and participate in promotional events, car exhibitions, and community outreach programs.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and marketing plans for management.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service and support.
Requirements:
Proven experience of not less than 3 years in sales and marketing, preferably in the automotive industry.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
A passion for cars and the automotive industry is a plus.
