About the Role
HR WORLD LTD, on behalf of our reputable client in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a skilled Sales Engineer. This role is crucial in generating leads for projects and driving their conversion to achieve set targets, with a primary focus on complete solution sales.
Responsibilities
Proactively identify project prospects within the Dar es Salaam region and engage various stakeholders to secure orders, ultimately achieving sales targets.
Promote complete building solutions to potential clients.
Develop strong relationships with influential figures in the industry, including Architects, Quantity Surveyors, Structural Engineers, Consultants, Contractors, and key consumers.
Actively seek out and cultivate new customer relationships.
Assist in conducting site measurements to ensure accurate project planning.
Collaborate with Customer Service to ensure confirmed orders are delivered within the agreed upon timeframe.
Manage customer complaints effectively with support from the Customer Service team.
Maintain adherence to company credit policy and collection targets.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Structural and/or Civil) or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of proven experience as a Sales Engineer.
Strong computer literacy with knowledge of SAP S4 HANA being an advantage.
Flexibility to work extended hours when required.
