Location: Tanzania (Based in Dar es Salaam, nationwide coverage)

Company Background
We are the authorized distributor of DONGFENG brand in Tanzania. Our products include dump trucks, tractor trucks, special purpose vehicles (such as water tankers, fuel tankers, garbage trucks), and passenger cars.

Responsibilities

Lead overall sales development and market expansion in Tanzania
Manage, train, and supervise local Tanzanian sales staff
Develop key accounts using existing industry and personal networks
Lead negotiations with major clients and close high-value deals
Coordinate sales, after-sales service, and payment collection
Provide market intelligence and support pricing and product strategy


Requirements

Proven experience in commercial vehicles, heavy trucks, special vehicles or machinery sales
Strong understanding of the Tanzanian market
Existing customer resources in construction, mining, logistics, or transport sectors preferred
Proven team management experience
Fluent in English
Strong negotiation and deal-closing ability
Willing to travel nationwide

Develop and maintain local customer relationships
Conduct customer visits, vehicle demonstrations, quotations, and order follow-up
Support vehicle delivery, after-sales coordination, and customer retention
Collect market information and report to the sales manager


Requirements

Experience in vehicle, truck, machinery, or equipment sales
Familiar with the local Tanzanian market
Existing customer resources or fleet contacts preferred
Fluent in Swahili and English
Target-driven and willing to work in the field
Able to travel for customer visits
