EcoCleaners Limited is a Fast Growing company incorporation 2014 in Arusha Tanzania. The Company has been mandated to undertake different categories of hygiene services. This includes contract cleaning, janitorial services, pest control and fumigation, landscaping, gardening, waste disposal and compound maintenance for various organizations such as hotels, manufacturing industries, and commercial buildings. The company also sale Liquid detergents and disinfectants soap and have a wide range of hygiene products for offices and domestic use.

Compensation:TSH 600,000 - 1,000,000/- Gross









Responsibilities

Facilitate cold and warm calls to prospective leads; schedule and follow through on calls with leads and current customers;
Answer all lead and customer questions accurately; prioritize and/or escalate lead and customer questions as needed
Lead marketing efforts to attract the right customers
Perform cost-benefit analysis for prospective customers and advise on appropriate purchase options
Promote specific products as directed by upper management
Inform leads and customers of current promotions and discounts
Maintain positive business and customer relationships in the effort to extend customer lifetime value
Provide support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
Develop strategies for more effective sales, both individually and as part of a team
Attend networking events that can lead customer attraction and  sales
Track all appointments, sales, complaints, status reports, etc. thoroughly for manager review
Self-improve continuously by way of experience and manager feedback











Minimum Qualifications

Language proficiency in both English and Kiswahili
Driving Licence Class D
Sales skills
Sales-driven, results-driven, and target-driven attitude
Impeccable customer service skills
Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
Motivated, driven attitude
Aptitude for persuasion and negotiation
Expert in time management
Ability to meet and/or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas
Ability to create and deliver client presentations, especially power points and/or white papers

Preferred Qualities

Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required, relevant experience is sufficient
Proven track record in sales environment at least 2 years
Proven record of proper work ethics
Knowledge of cleaning and janitorial service business
Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
