Position: Sales & Marketing Representatives Duty Station: Dar es Salaam & Dodoma Reporting to; Chief Operating Officer
Key Responsibilities
Active manage all sells & marketing activities
Coordinate orders from all declare in the market
Ensure distribution to all sells points
Bring new customers as per the target
Gather & report market intelligence on customers trends & competition set target
Recruit, train, coach and nurture the high perfuming team to achieve set targets
Be the voice of the customers in all strategic meetings
Ensure our values are embedded in every interaction with our customers
Manage proper adoption and use of all systems, process, and technology that influences the buyers experience including website and digital presence
O time and accurate reports submission
Come up with ideas for improvements
Attend to any other responsibility assigned by your leader
Key Qualifications
Bachelor degree or Diploma in marketing, business administration, and any other related fields
At least 3 years of working experience in similar fields
Experience in sales dealing with fast-moving consumer goods
Experience in sales and providing solution based on customers’ needs
Ability in problems solving and negotiations
Excellent organization skills
Excellent communication in both English and Swahili language
Team management
Ability to work effectively with minimal guidance/supervision
Terms of Services
The successful candidates will be engaged on a specified period of time contract
Remuneration
Attractive package will be offered to the right candidate’s commeasure with qualifications and experience.
