EFIC, on behalf of a client, is seeking to employ a motivated and experienced Sales Officer.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate Outreach: Identifying and approaching new corporate clients to introduce company services.
Lead Conversion: Following up on leads generated by the Managing Director to ensure quotes are sent and orders are confirmed.
Relationship Management: Maintaining the "Trust" of existing clients through regular visits and feedback collection.
Tender Preparation: Assisting in the preparation of high-quality tender documents and pre-qualification applications.
Sales Reporting: Providing weekly updates on new quotes issued, confirmed orders, and market trends to the management team.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in B2B corporate sales, preferably in the printing, branding, or advertising industry.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Swahili.
Professionalism: Ability to represent the company's "Global Standard" when meeting General Managers and Procurement Officers.
Aggressive Follow-up: A proven track record of meeting sales targets and adhering to strict Turnaround Times (TAT).
Selection Process
Similar to our recent hire for the Creative Producer, we will require a Practical Sales Pitch during the interview. Candidates will be asked to "sell" a specific company service to a panel as if they were meeting a corporate Procurement Officer.
