Job title: Sales Officers/Credit Officers (3 posts)
Location: Dodoma, Tanzania.
Report to: General Manager
Main Duties
Creating and developing new innovative ways to communicate the company message to their existing customers
Inform leads and customers of current promotions and discounts
High volume visits to assigned delinquent customers
Weekly and monthly reporting to immediate seniors on debt collection and customer service issues
Maintain positive business and customer relationships in the effort to extend customer lifetime value
Following up effectively with customers’ repayment plans
Follow up with customers loan renewals
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor degree or diploma in marketing or business administration or related field
Analytical skills
Ability to priotize and manage multiple responsibilities
GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR APPLICATION
